Access Worklink
How Worklink is switched on for your organisation, what your role decides once you are in, and what to do when something is missing.
Signing in to SorviAI lands you on the App Center, and Worklink is one of the tiles on it. You can also reach it from the app switcher at the top left of any other app. Whether it is there at all, and how much of it you can see once it is, are two separate questions worth keeping apart.

What gets you in
- The app, granted to your organisation
- An administrator turns Worklink on for the company. Without it, no account here has it, however senior.
- The app, granted to you
- Access is given per person, alongside the other apps in the suite. If Worklink is missing from the App Center, this is almost always why.
- A role inside it
- Administrator or ordinary user. Both do their own attendance and leave; only an administrator manages the roster, the approval queues and the app's own roles.
What decides how much of it you see
Getting in is not the same as seeing everything. Two more things narrow the app around you, and neither is a fault.
- Your permissions
- Each module is gated separately: records, employees, departments, shifts, leave, visitors, training and the rest. The menu lists only what your role can open, so a shorter menu than a colleague's is normal.
- Your place in the organisation
- An ordinary account sees its own rows. Somebody with people reporting to them also gets Teams, which is those people's records and nothing wider.
Several screens narrow further by site. Where a location picker sits at the top right, it is filtering the whole screen, so a list that reads as empty may be pointed at a depot the person you want does not work at.
When something is missing
| What you see | What it usually means |
|---|---|
| No Worklink on the App Center | The app has not been granted to your account. An administrator adds it. |
| Worklink opens on My Attendance and nothing else | You have the app as an ordinary user. That is the whole of it until a role gives you more. |
| One module missing from All Modules | Your role does not carry that module's permission. |
| A list that is empty when it should not be | Check the location picker and the filters above the list before assuming the records are gone. |
