The Workforce Reports

Headcount and tenure as they stand today, and the audit trail behind every change.

Two reports sit under Workforce and they have almost nothing in common. One describes the shape of the organisation; the other records what people did to it.

Workforce

The Workforce report, headed Workforce above the line Headcount, tenure, employment type and hiring trend, with only a Rotherham Central Warehouse location picker and no date range. Four cards read 13 Total Employees, 0 New Hires this month, 2 On Notice Period and 9.9 yrs Average Tenure. Charts below show Headcount Over Time as a flat line from April to September, New Hires by Month as an empty bar chart, Headcount by Department as horizontal bars led by Engineering and Maintenance, and an Employee Status Breakdown doughnut.
The only report with no date range. Headcount is a fact about now, not a total over a period.

Average TenureMean length of service across the active roster, in years.

A flat headcount with no hires is a stable depot. The same pair on a growing site is what tells you recruitment is keeping up.

Activity Logs

The audit trail. It records what changed, who changed it and when, across attendance and leave, and it is the report you reach for when a figure is disputed rather than merely low.

The Activity Logs report, headed Activity Logs above the line Audit trail of attendance changes, or your own attendance history. Filters and Columns buttons sit on the left, a date range and a blue Run Report button on the right, and a filter chip reads This Month, 01 Sep 2026 to 30 Sep 2026. The table has columns Date, Activity Details and Description, listing leave request changes with an Audit Trail link on each row.
Every row is one change. The Audit Trail link at the end opens the full before-and-after.

Columns on Activity Logs

Activity DetailsA chip naming the record type, the subject of the change, and whose record it was.
DescriptionWhat happened, in plain words, and who did it.
Audit TrailOpens the full detail of that one change, including the values before and after.
