About us

The team behind SorviAI

Who builds SorviAI, how the suite came together and where it goes next. It began with one company’s own problem.

Our story

It started as our own problem

Ralakde ran on a pile of separate tools. Every new problem in the business was answered by buying another piece of software, and each one arrived with its own bill, its own training and its own way of working.

The cost reached the team before it reached the accounts. People learned system after system, kept them in step by hand, and did it without one procedure that covered the whole job.

The day had quietly turned into the upkeep of the tools. SorviAI is the answer we wanted for ourselves: one integrated system, where the record lives in a single place and the software carries the business.

The application should be the one managing the business, not the other way around.

The vision

What Deepak set out to build

SorviAI began with a single idea of Deepak Gupta’s: that a business should be able to run on one integrated system rather than assemble one out of parts.

Every app reads the same record

A customer, an item or an invoice is entered once and every app reads the same row. Finance and Inventory are two views of one business rather than two databases kept in step by hand.

Built for the whole business, not one trade

Money, stock, people, service and the shopfront are covered by the same suite, so a company adopts an operating system rather than fitting seven products together and maintaining the seams.

Access follows the person’s role

People sign in once and see the apps their role allows. Bringing another app into use is an administrative moment rather than a project with its own rollout.

Our journey

Journey till now and miles to go

  1. Jul 2025

    Prototype and design

The suite starts as a prototype: the apps, the shared record and the design language are worked out end to end before a line of it is sold.

  3. Sep 2026

    SorviAI launches officially

  4. Next

    The journey continues
