The website sorviai.com and the SorviAI service, including the SorviAI Orbit plan, are provided by SORVI AI LTD, a private company limited by shares, registered in England and Wales under company number 16927720, with its registered office at Unit 5a Victoria Road, Stoke-On-Trent, England, ST4 2HS, United Kingdom. SorviAI is the trading name; SORVI AI LTD is the company.

SORVI AI LTD is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ralakde Holdings Limited. You can check these details free of charge on the Companies House register at find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk. SORVI AI LTD is not registered for tax on its sales in any country, so our invoices carry no tax number.

One address reaches us for everything: support, billing, privacy, legal notices, security reports and abuse reports. You can also write to us through the form on our contact page. We answer in English, and we acknowledge every message within 2 working days.

Our legal documents come in versions. This is the Global version, and it applies to everyone for whom no country version is published. Today one country version exists: the United Kingdom’s.

• If your SorviAI workspace is set up for the United Kingdom, the United Kingdom version of our documents applies to you.
• Every other workspace, including those set up for France, Germany, India, Ireland and the Netherlands, is covered by the Global version. When we publish a version for your country, we tell the workspace owner by email at least 30 days before it applies.
• If you are only visiting this website, the Global version applies unless you are in the United Kingdom.

The SorviAI service and this website are hosted by DigitalOcean in its London data centre region in the United Kingdom, on DigitalOcean’s App Platform, with Cloudflare in front of every address as the network edge. The application, the database and uploaded files are all held in London, for every customer wherever they are.

SORVI AI LTD is registered with the Information Commission (the ICO), the UK data protection regulator, as a data controller. How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, please complain to us first, by email to [email protected] or through our contact page. You can also complain to a supervisory authority: the Information Commission in the United Kingdom (ico.org.uk), or, in the European Union, the data protection authority where you live or work. The European Data Protection Board lists them at edpb.europa.eu.

Child sexual abuse material can also be reported to the hotline in your country, listed by INHOPE at inhope.org. If someone is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number (112 across the European Union).

Use of the service is governed by our Terms of Service. The service is offered only to businesses acting in the course of their trade, business or profession. Sole traders and partnerships buying for their business are businesses for this purpose.
