1. 1. Open to businesses in the United States

   Choose United States at signup and your workspace starts the American way: in dollars, with a Sales Tax Payable account ready to go. The company address has a State picker and a ZIP code, and phone fields in Worklink now save +1 numbers properly, shared area codes such as Puerto Rico (+1-787) included.

2. 2. Open anything in a new tab

   Hold Ctrl (Cmd on a Mac) and click any invoice, bill, employee, ticket or order, or just middle-click it. It opens in its own tab and your list stays right where you left it. It works in Finance, Inventory and every other app.

3. 3. Compare two entries in the Audit Trail

   Someone changed an invoice, but what changed? Open its Audit Trail, press Compare and tick any two versions. They sit side by side, the older one on the left: yellow is modified, green is added and red is removed, with who made the change and when right on top.

4. 4. Faster repair tickets

   Start a ticket in Repairs and choose the device, say an iPhone 15. Its common repairs, such as screen, battery or water damage, are offered as issues straight away. Pick one and the rate, tax and lead time fill themselves in. Your service products show up in the device picker too.

5. 5. Find and recover files

   Search for a file in Nest and it opens right where you are, with no jumping to its folder, and the arrow keys step through the rest of the results. Deleted the wrong one? Press Undo and it is back. And a failed download now says so instead of leaving you waiting.
