Track and Cancel a Request

Follow a request through approval, and withdraw one you no longer need.

A request you have submitted is not final. Until somebody decides it, you can take it back yourself, and the days return to your balance the moment you do.

  1. Open Leaves and find the request. Filter by All Status if the list is long and you only want the ones still open.

The leaves table showing six requests. The top row is an Annual Leave request for 26 to 30 October marked Pending in amber; below it sit approved rows in green and one rejected row in red. Each row except the rejected one ends in a three-dot actions button.
  2. Read the Status. Amber is with your manager, green is granted, red was declined.

  3. Select the three-dot button at the end of the row and choose to cancel. The days go straight back to Remaining on your balance.
