Other Actions in Shipments
Reversing one, reading carriage cost, and the filters that matter at week end.
Carrier and cost side by side is the crude version of a carrier performance review, and it is better than an impression.
On one shipment

What the list is good for
- Answering where is my order
- Search the customer, open the shipment, read the tracking number. Faster than the sales order route.
- Checking the day went out
- Filter to today. A package packed but not shipped is a customer expecting something tomorrow.
- Carriage as a cost
- The Cost column totalled by carrier over a quarter is the conversation you want before renewing a rate card.
