Create a folder

Create a folder at the top of My Folders, or inside any folder you have open, from the New button.

A new folder is made wherever you're standing. Create it on the My Folders page and it sits at the top level; open a folder first and the new one goes inside it, as a subfolder.

  1. Go to My Folders, and open the folder you want the new one inside, if any.

  2. Select New, then Folder.

The New button at the top right of My Folders, open to show three choices: Folder, Upload files and, below a divider, Link.
  3. Enter a name. Create stays greyed out until you do.

A small panel headed New Folder, with an empty name box reading Untitled Folder and, beneath it, Cancel and a greyed-out Create button.
  4. Select Create. The folder appears in the list, ready to open.

Folders inside folders

Folders can sit inside folders several levels deep. The path at the top of the screen always shows where you are, and selecting any step in it takes you back up to that level.

The Minutes folder open inside Board Packs. The path at the top reads My Folders, then Board Packs, then Minutes. Below it two files, Board Minutes - 21 July 2026.docx and Board Minutes - 20 April 2026.docx, each uploaded by Eleanor Whitfield.
Three levels deep. Select Board Packs or My Folders in the path to climb back.
