What reports are
What Repairs can tell you about your workshop, how its reports are grouped, and which ones are not repair-only.
Repairs ships a catalogue of reports rather than a single analytics screen, and each one answers a specific question. The catalogue is grouped by the kind of question, so you pick the group first and the report second.
Highlights
- Twenty-seven reports in eleven categories, all supplied with the product.
- Star the ones you run weekly and they gather under Favourites.
- Nothing here is built by hand. Every report is system generated.
- Seven of them are the wider platform's, and they are not filtered to repairs.
- A report is a live query, not a snapshot: it re-runs each time you open it.
The catalogue

| Parts and Stock | 2 | What repairs consume and what you hold |
| Customers | 2 | Who sends you work, and whether they return |
| Activity | 3 | Work reports, the audit trail, and what was deleted |
| Receivables | 2 | What customers owe you |
| Payments Received | 1 | What has been paid |

Two kinds of report in one catalogue
Most of these reports were written for Repairs and read repair data only. Seven are the wider platform's own reports, listed here because a workshop needs them, and they behave the way they do everywhere else.
- Repairs' own reports
- Written for the workshop: ageing, technician performance, uninvoiced work, parts consumption. They read tickets and the documents tickets produced.
- Shared platform reportsseven of the twenty-seven
- Quote Details, Invoice Details, Customer Balance Summary, Payments Received, Purchase Order Details, Receive History and Stock Summary. They are the organisation's reports, shown here unchanged.
