Welcome to TeamEmail

What TeamEmail does, and where to start.

TeamEmail turns the addresses your team already answers, sales@, service@, accounts@, into somewhere work can actually be tracked. It runs on your real Outlook mailboxes, so nothing moves and nothing is migrated.

TeamEmail as it opens. A New mail button and a toolbar run across the top. The sidebar lists My Work with Open, Assigned to me, Subscribed, Later, Done and Drafts, then Scheduled, Outbox and Unread, then My Mailboxes and four shared inboxes, Accounts, Sales and Quotes, Service Desk and Workshop, then Tags. The Open list beside it is grouped by day and holds conversations from Aidan Loxley, Callum Tindall, Doreen Kasprzak, Frank Iliffe and Eleanor Whitfield, each showing who it is assigned to and tags such as Urgent, Warranty, Quote and Parts.
What you see on opening TeamEmail: your work on the left, the conversations it gathers on the right.

What it gives a shared address

  • An ownerAssign a conversation and it stops being everybody's problem and becomes one person's job.
  • A private channelNotes and @mentions sit inside the thread and never reach the customer.
  • One recordReplies go out from the address, so the team's history is in one place rather than in personal mailboxes.
  • Context beside itThe Smart Bar shows the customer's Finance record next to the mail, without leaving the app.

What it does not change
