Undo Send

Set how long a sent email waits before it actually leaves.

The undo send window is the pause between selecting Send and an email actually leaving, during which anyone can pull it back.

The Undo Send screen in TeamEmail Settings, described as setting a delay before emails are actually sent so you can undo if needed. A card headed Send delay explains that after selecting Send the email is held for the chosen duration, during which Undo cancels it, and that Off sends instantly with no undo window. Six choices sit below it, Off, 5 seconds, 7 seconds, 10 seconds, 15 seconds and 30 seconds, with 7 seconds selected. A Toast Preview section beneath shows the message being sent notification a sender would see.
Six fixed durations rather than a free-entry field, with a preview of the notification the sender gets.
  1. Go to Settings > Undo Send.

  2. Choose a delay: 5, 7, 10, 15 or 30 seconds.

Choosing Off removes the pause, and mail then leaves the moment it is sent, with nothing to undo.

This applies to every teammate; there's no per-person setting.
