# Introduction - My Attendance Records

Every working day you have logged, one row each, with the status Worklink gave it.

**Video coming soon:** A tour of My Attendance Records: one row per day, and how to read the one you disagree with.

My Attendance Records is the permanent version of what My Attendance shows for today. One row per working day, going back as far as your employment does, with the check in, the check out, the breaks and the hours those produced.

It is a read-only screen. Nothing here can be edited from your side, which is what makes it worth reading.

![The My Attendance Records screen, headed My Attendance Records above the line Your daily check-ins, breaks, and working hours. Two filter chips read All Status and This Month. A table follows with columns Date, Day, Check In / Out, Break (start / end / total), Net Working / OT and Status, holding six September rows all marked Checked Out. The footer reads Showing 1 to 6 of 6 results.](https://www.sorviai.com/help/worklink/my-records/records-list.png)

*Six days in the current month. The filters above the table are what change that span.*

## This screen and My Attendance are the same data

The difference is span, not source. My Attendance is today, live, with the clock still moving. My Attendance Records is every day including today, settled, with nothing moving.

**My Attendance** (today only)

- Yes: The clock, live, while you are checked in.
- Yes: The shift and the month's totals beside it.
- No: No history beyond the current week's bars.

**My Attendance Records** (every day)

- Yes: Every day you have worked, filterable.
- Yes: Break detail, per break, per day.
- No: Nothing live; today's row settles when you check out.

> **Note:**
>
> **You cannot edit a row here**
>
> There is no edit control on this screen, by design. A day that is wrong is corrected by raising a regularization, so the change carries a reason and somebody's approval with it.
