# Find a Day in Your Records

Narrow the list by period and status, sort it, and set how many rows you see.

The list opens on the current month, so anything older needs the period filter before it will appear. Two chips above the table do almost all of the narrowing.

- Select **This Month** to change the period. Pick a wider span when the day you want is not in the current month.

Under the title and the line Your daily check-ins, breaks, and working hours sit two filter chips, All Status and This Month, each with a funnel icon, and a settings icon at the far right of the row.](https://www.sorviai.com/help/worklink/my-records/filter-bar.png)
- Select **All Status** to keep only one kind of day, such as the late ones or the days with no check out.
- Select a column heading carrying the paired arrows to sort by it. **Date**, **Check In / Out** and **Net Working / OT** all sort; **Day** and **Status** do not.

![The records table with column headings Date, Day, Check In / Out, Break (start / end / total), Net Working / OT and Status. Small paired arrows sit beside Date, Check In / Out and Net Working / OT, marking them sortable. Six rows of September dates follow, from 10 September back to 3 September. The first reads Checked In; the other five end in a blue Checked Out link.](https://www.sorviai.com/help/worklink/my-records/records-table.png)
- Use **Rows per page** at the foot if a wide period puts the day you want on a later page.

> **Tip:**
>
> **Sort by Net Working to find the odd days**
>
> A short day and a day with a missing check out both stand out immediately when the list is ordered by hours rather than by date. Ordering that way surfaces what needs correcting before your manager notices it.

> **Note:**
>
> **Filters are not carried into the export**
>
> This screen is your own history and has no export of its own. Attendance exports are an administrator's job and cover the whole organisation, not just you.
