# What settings covers

The ten screens behind TeamEmail, from connecting a mailbox to how long a send waits.

TeamEmail Settings is one panel holding ten screens, reached from the gear in the header. Some are yours alone, some are the team's, and the difference is worth knowing before you change anything.

- **Inboxes**: Turn a connected mailbox into a shared one, and decide who belongs to it.
- **Teammates**: Who has access to TeamEmail, and whether they administer it.

## What you send with

- **Templates**: Saved replies for the things you type out every day.
- **Signatures**: The block that goes under your name, per mailbox.
- **Default From**: Which mailbox a new email starts from.

## How conversations behave

- **Tags**: The labels you sort conversations by.
- **Snooze Presets**: Shortcuts for the times your team snoozes to most.
- **Smart Bar**: The panel beside a conversation showing the customer's record.
- **Undo Send**: How long a sent email waits before it truly leaves.

> **Note:**

> Templates, Tags and Signatures each split into a **Shared** tab and a **Private** tab. Private is yours to manage; shared is the team's, and only an administrator can change it.
