# Teammates

Who has access to TeamEmail, and whether they're an administrator.

**Settings > Teammates** lists everyone with access to TeamEmail and the role they hold within it, separate from any role they hold in other apps.

- **Admin**: Can manage shared inboxes, teammates, shared tags and templates, and every setting in this section.
- **User**: Can work conversations and manage their own mailbox, tags, templates and signatures, but not the shared ones.

> This role only governs TeamEmail. Changing it here doesn't touch what the same person can do in Finance, Inventory or any other app.
