# Snooze Presets

Add a shortcut for a time your team snoozes conversations to often.

A preset saves everyone from picking the same date and time by hand every time they snooze a conversation.

- Go to **Settings > Snooze Presets**.
- Select **New preset**.
- Enter a name, such as **After lunch** or **End of week**.
- Choose its timing: a fixed day and time, or a relative amount, such as three hours from now.
- Select **Save**.

The preset appears alongside the built-in options wherever a conversation is snoozed. See Later.
