# Assigned to me

Conversations someone, possibly you, put in your name.

**Assigned to me** is the queue a shared inbox exists to clear: every conversation, in any mailbox you can see, that's been put in your name.

Assigning happens from the assignee control inside a conversation, by you or by a teammate.
