# The service reports

The reports that read the work itself: what is on the bench, who did it, what came back, and what was quoted.

Fourteen of the twenty-seven reports are about the repairs rather than about the money. They answer what is stuck, who is doing it, what keeps failing, and what you offered to do about it.

## Highlights

- **Aged Repairs is the one to run daily.** It finds jobs that have slipped.
- **Technician Performance separates volume from value**, which are not the same.
- **The device reports find repeat failures**, which is where warranty arguments start.
- **Estimate reports show what is waiting on a customer**, not on you.
- **Activity reports are the audit trail**, including what somebody deleted.

## What is on the bench

> Selecting one opens that person's history rather than a settings page, so a number that looks wrong can be traced to the jobs behind it without leaving the report.

> The report measures against **Est. Completion** on the ticket. A job saved without one has no promise to break, so it never appears here however long it sits. If this report looks suspiciously short, the problem is upstream at intake.
